Pusher Centrifuge Machine is a kind of filtering centrifuge that continuously feeds, separates, and discharges the filter cake intermittently. In addition to the traditional advantages such as automatic continuous operation, continuous discharge, high production capacity, minimal crystal breakage, and the ability to wash the filter cake, this centrifuge also features a high production rate of filter residue, high solid recovery rate, low moisture content in the filter residue, fast drying, and low energy consumption. Moreover, all parts of the machine that come into contact with the material are made of stainless steel, giving it excellent corrosion resistance. It has been widely used in various industrial sectors including chemical industry, fertilizer, light industry, salt manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, food industry, and military industry.
Pusher Centrifuge Machine can continuously perform feeding, washing, separating, drying, and discharging at full speed. It has the following notable features:
Continuous operation, high production capacity, stable running, and can efficiently complete material handling.
High production rate of filter residue and high solid recovery rate, saving material production costs.
High separation factor, material can be fully dewatered in the primary and secondary drums, resulting in low moisture content in the filter cake.
When the purity of the solid product is required, effective washing can be conducted. The washing liquid and mother liquor can be discharged.
Adopts variable frequency control, low power consumption, and low energy consumption.
Reliable structural design, using an advanced distribution method, with a fast and stable axial reversal mechanism, high rotational speed and pushing frequency, and smooth milled screening plates; reasonable process parameters can achieve ideal high output.
The high separation factor brought by high rotational speed allows the material to be fully loosened when moving from the primary drum to the secondary drum, thereby reducing the moisture content in the filter cake (some materials even achieve a dryness of over 97%).
When the purity of the solid product is required, this machine can effectively wash it. If needed, the washing liquid and mother liquor can be discharged separately.
The milled screening plate has dense and uniform precise gaps, and the thick filter cake formed on the filtering bed can retain a large number of fine crystals, thereby reducing the loss of crystals with the mother liquor, achieving a high solid recovery rate.
Pusher Centrifuge Machine can operate for long periods without failure, with low maintenance and repair costs.
The high-precision gaps and high open area rate of the milled screening plate make this model of centrifuge increasingly versatile.
This machine features low power consumption, high production rate of filter residue, high solid recovery rate, and low moisture content in the filter residue, meeting technical and economic requirements.
The main motor of the pusher centrifuge machine drives the inner and outer drums to rotate at full speed. The material is continuously introduced through the feed pipe and evenly distributed onto the filter mesh wall of the inner drum section. Under the action of centrifugal force, the liquid phase penetrates through the mesh and drum wall filter holes and is discharged through the liquid discharge pipe. The solid phase is retained in the inner drum, forming an annular filter cake layer. While the inner and outer drums rotate at the same speed, the inner drum continuously reciprocates axially under the push of the piston. This causes the pusher plate to continuously and intermittently move the inner drum filter cake layer outward, discharging it into the outer drum. This allows for further separation and the formation of an annular filter cake layer. The outer face of the inner drum continuously pushes the outer drum filter cake layer outward. The discharge from the outer drum is then scraped out of the machine through the scraping trough.
