The control program opens the feed valve, allowing the material to be separated to enter the centrifuge through the feed pipe and distribution plate. By the action of the centrifugal force field generated during high-speed rotation, the liquid phase is filtered out through the filtering medium and discharged through the liquid outlet pipe, while the solid phase is retained on the filter cloth. The material level detector detects the position of the material layer, and when the filter cake in the drum reaches the set loading amount, the feed automatically stops. Then the filter cake undergoes washing and dehydration according to customer requirements. After the filter cake meets separation requirements, the program controls the centrifuge to reduce the scraping speed. The scraper device, controlled by the liquid/gas device, scrapes off the filter cake, which is then discharged through the outlet at the bottom of the centrifuge.
