After turning on the power, start the air pressure system, and the working pressure should be adjusted to 0.5MPa. Subsequently, loosen the tightening bolts of the machine cover, open the machine cover, and ensure there are no foreign objects inside.
Before proceeding to the next step, the flip cover safety device must be installed, and the bolts tightened. Manually rotate the drum to check for any seizing or sticking. Also, check the tightness of the spindle cover bolts to ensure the filter cloth is installed without sealing failure.
When starting the bottom discharge centrifuge machine, the compressed gas control system, nitrogen protection system, and online cleaning liquid system need to be started sequentially. At this time, test whether each valve and device operates normally, such as the feed valve, wash valve, gas-assisted scraper, etc. During this process, ensure the manual control valve is in the closed state. Next, start the main motor. Switch the control system to automatic mode, and the centrifuge will run according to the predetermined working program. If any abnormalities are found during operation, eliminate them promptly to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.
After ensuring the normal operation of the bottom discharge centrifuge machine, turn on the power, set the control system to automatic mode, and press the start button. At this time, the centrifuge will operate under load according to the set working program. According to the factory-set running parameters, the system will sequentially go through preparation, acceleration, speed, and braking periods. It is particularly important to note that when adding materials, the volume and weight of the filter cake must be controlled within the specified range to prevent overflow or equipment damage.
At the set feed speed, the feed valve opens, and feeding begins, with the liquid phase partially filtered out. After reaching the limited feeding amount, immediately close the feed valve. At this time, the centrifuge will enter the second acceleration period to separate the filter cake. After the wash valve opens, the washing liquid will contact the filter cake for further washing treatment.
During the braking period, the centrifuge will reduce from high to low speed. At this time, the scraper and gas-assisted scraper will operate to discharge the filter cake from the discharge port. Meanwhile, the online cleaning device will start to clean the inner cavity of the centrifuge, ensuring no residual materials inside.
