Vertical Scraper Centrifuge is a fully automatic separation equipment with a scientific structural design, high technical content, large processing capacity, and convenient operation and maintenance. It is mainly used for solid-liquid separation of suspensions containing solid phase particles and can also be used for solid-liquid separation of fibrous materials. Vertical Scraper Centrifuge is a vertical fully automatic filter centrifuge. The control program opens the feed valve, letting the material to be separated enter the centrifuge through the feed pipe and distribution tray. Under the action of the centrifugal force field generated by high-speed rotation, liquid phase is discharged through the liquid outlet pipe after filtration through the filter medium(filter cloth/filter mesh), while solid phase is retained on the filter cloth. The material level detector detects the position of the material layer, and when the filter cake inside the drum reaches the set loading capacity, it automatically stops feeding. The filter cake is then washed and dehydrated as required by the customer. After the filter cake meets the separation requirements, the program controls the centrifuge to reduce to the scraping speed. Under the control of the liquid(gas) actuating device, the scraper device scrapes off the filter cake, which is then discharged through the outlet at the bottom of the centrifuge.
