This screen centrifuge is controlled by PLC and regulates the speed by frequency convertor. The braking system of continuous centrifuge applies dynamic braking and regenerative braking, the whole separation process is an automatic circulative process and the manual operation mode is applicable to be changed over from automatic operation mode.
GKH Series automatic siphon centrifuge is more suitable for separating such products as small solid-phase granularity and which is hard to be separated. It is widely used in the pharmaceutical, chemical, and foodstuff industries (e.g. starch, calcium phosphate, sodium bicarbonate).

Centrifuge is a separation machine which achieves solid-liquid separation by the centrifugal force. It runs continuously with interval discharging. The feeding pipe starts to feed when the drum revolves at a certain speed. At this time, the siphon pipe locates in a certain area of the siphon room. The product will be sprayed evenly on the drum wall through the feeding pipe while the filtering liquid will be drained into the siphon room through the filtering net, mesh and the holes in the drum bottom.Then the filtering liquid will be extracted outside through the siphon pipe. The solid will be left on the filtering mesh. After a period of spinning, the scraper will move to peel down the products from the drum wall and enter into spiral discharging device and then go to outside.
This kind of centrifuge consists of a drum, scraper system, siphon system, skimming system, back flushing system, bearing seat, transmission system, floating platform (prepared by the user), controlling system and etc. The shell and connecting plate are welded together, with strong intensity. The centrifuge can be installed wholly on the floating platform by connecting terrace, which will is steady and disassemble. And there are damping shock absorbers installed at the bottom of the platform.
This siphon scraper centrifuge has been used in corn starch, tapioca in Indonesia, Thailand, India, Cambodia etc.
